Feasibility
Study
Check for cold-forming feasibility and make a proposal for the requested
part. Matching the machine specifications to fulfill the part requirements
in accordance with customer needs.
Finite Element
Simulation
Use of 2 and 3-D finite element packages to optimize tool lay-out
and to control material flow characteristics and tool stresses during
the forming process. The analysis allows a development of an optimal
process in order to reduce tool and development costs and minimize
machine downtime caused by tool failure.
Tool Development
Development of the cold forming progression.
Delivery of a complete tool book with CAD part drawings and Tool assembly
drawing.
Fast delivery of the complete tooling is also possible within the
Nedschroef group.
Tool Trial
Starting up and fine tuning of newly developed parts by Nedschroef
Tooling Specialists either in one of our Nedschroef facilities or
on site.
