Front Office
Our front office is there to assist you with any questions you might have. Inquiries for spare parts are translated into detailed quotations. Technical Support & Field Service
A dedicated team of engineers with extensive technical knowledge is at your disposal for trouble shooting all your Nedschroef equipment. Our team offers technical consultations by phone, on-site repairs and upgrades or rebuilds of your current Nedschroef equipment. With these services at your disposal you get the highest performance out of your investment.

Hotline Modem Service Support
This system offers a powerful communication link between the machines PLC or Nedtronic system and Nedschroef’s home office service personnel through an on-line telephone modem service. Alarm and process data is retrieved through modem and analyzed by our engineers for possible trouble shooting solutions. This electronic link reduces downtime and represents cost savings associated with delays and service travel.

Service Plus Contract
Predictive maintenance for your Nedschroef machine. To ensure that your investment continues to perform at its best, with minimal risk of unexpected breakdowns, we offer Service Plus, a planned maintenance based on a yearly inspection of your machine. Service Plus helps you to reduce operating costs by keeping your machine in prime running order with all functional components correctly adjusted and properly maintained.
