The NedMax combines the latest forming experience, process-oriented awareness, and a state of the art computer technology to form large-diameter parts from 28 to 36 mm and product lengths up to 360 mm, providing unlimited new product opportunities.

Servo-drive technology and precision engineering keep the NedMax operating and running smoothly at speeds up to 130 products per minute. The unique linear feeding system and high speed cut-off system assuring accurate and high quality forming capabilities and optimum life time of tooling.

The PLC touch screen maximizes productivity with fast set-up times, graphical interface and improved maintenance diagnostics. Programmed product codes entered through the panel operate and control all machine functions.
